Tom Alger began his career in the printing industry at a very young age working in print shops located in and around Chicago. He knows printing and presses inside and out. XL-Technical was his dream that was achieved in late 2009 when Tom started his own business as an independent contractor.
While working as an employee for other companies, there were many times when critical decisions were based on company needs and not client needs. Today, that philosophy could not be farther from the mission of XL-Technical. Tom bases his company’s mission and values statement on being “fair and balanced”.
